Photogrammetry system can measure parts of any size, even as large as a full aircraft. It can calculate accurate 3d space coordinates quickly and create an overall coordinate system

Product Development

Capture the key point cloud data rapidly, after building the 3d model, it can compared with the CAD model to calculate the product deformation. helping to make a rapid 3d inspection of large size parts, shorten the product development cycle. 

3D Inspection

Compared with CAD model for error difference check, product quality control and dimension inspection. It can be very useful for inspection for objects with complex geometry, like casted pieces, mould, plastic pieces, carved statues, etc. It has no mechanical limits like traditional CMM, thus it can be used for scanning objects regardless of size and shape.

Deformation Analysis

Deformation analysis includes static and dynamic analysis, which can be applied in sectors like sheet forming, welding deformation, temperature deformation. The overall measuring accuracy could reach ≤0.10mm/4m, which dramatically reduces accumulating errors and improves the data quality
