    JOB CLASS

    • Office Administrator & Bookkeeper (California based)

       Key responsibilities as Office administrator:

      1. Assist office staff in maintaining files and databases.
      2. Prepare reports, presentations, memorandums, proposals, tenders and correspondence.
      3. Tracks office supply inventory and approve and process supply orders.
      4. Assists in the preparation of budgets and expenses.
      5. Manage payroll and ensure accurate, timely and efficient distribution of salaries.
      6. Ensure office maintenance is done to create a working environment that yields productivity. Receive and respond to all important mail, documents and ordered items delivered to the organization’s address.
      7. Preparation of quotations, purchase orders, filling, typing, updating project progress on project management system, processing of monthly payments.

      Key responsibilities as Bookkeeper:

      1. Handling the financial recordkeeping, including recording financial transactions, managing accounts payable and receivable, reconciling bank statements, and completing and submitting all statutory returns and income tax returns.
      2. Check and verify source documents such as invoices, receipts, computer printouts and allocate and post financial transaction details to subsidiary books.
      3. Prepare financial statements and reports, including the income statement, balance sheet and trail balance using Pastel Express.
      4. Prepare client invoices and statement of accounts.
      5. Keep asset register up to date.
      6. Reconcile bank accounts.
      7. Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable.

       

      Requirements: 

      1. Have related working experience in Admin and Bookkeeper.
      2. Can be work as full time employee.
      3. Fluent in English, functional Chinese.
    • Dental Application Engineer(California based)

      Key responsibilities as Office administrator:

      • Application and training for digital products. HW, SW and materials.
      • Technical support to customers.
      • Support Sales and Marketing activities. 
      • Evaluate customer’s application requirements, when directed. Interpret drawings, CAD/CAM modeling and data in order to prepare necessary documentation and provide advanced application specific assistance and support to customers and the Customer Service Department.
      • Presentation and demonstration of products portfolio.
      • Report and communication with RD and HQ. Communicate with sales staff in order to determine and log problems with any Shining 3D product discovered in the field and/or during testing. Forward beneficial information to applications staff.
      • Service and hardware repair.
      •  Communication with customers. Create and conduct training programs for customers and Shining 3D’s sales and applications staff. Develop curriculums, teaching aids and handouts, and conduct basic and advanced class.
      • Perform MQC services when required. Travel to customer’s facility and provide services as needed, including 3D workflow, modeling, measurement, CAD data utilization, and consulting on rapid prototyping manufacturing issues.

       

      Requirements: 

      • Minimum of 2 years of experience providing application engineer support in Dental Laboratory field.
      • Deep knowledge of machinery and electronics.
      • Important experience in IT and CAD software.
      • Proven ability and experience to use digital dentistry equipment and materials.
      • Dental implants restoration experience.
      • Stress tolerance, goal driven and hardworking.
      • Planning and Organization.
      • Fluent in English, capable of any other language will be a plus.
    • Dental Account Manager(California based)

      Responsibilities:      

      • Generate sales revenues by performing product demonstrations at selected customer sites. 
      • Develop a complete and expert knowledge of Shining 3D’s hardware and software products in order to demonstrate products to key individuals and organizations for marketing and sales purposes (trade shows, engineering associations, etc.).
      • Identify additional sales opportunities outside of traditional channels.
      • Communicates with customers, Dentists, Oral Surgeons, colleagues, dental technicians and managers in a prompt articulate manner via telephone communication.
      • Ensures customer retention and satisfaction.
      • Utilize all available resources including sales management, Inside Sales Specialists, Applications Engineers, marketing and others to advance and close sales.
      • Act as point of contact and provide technical support to potential customers during the evaluation period
      • Effectively communicate recommendations for hardware and software changes to Applications Engineers and R&D as requested by customers.
      • Achieve monthly/quarterly/annual sales performance goals as required.


      Requirements:

      • 2 or more years of experience in sales of dental laboratory capital equipment for design, molding, imprints, preferably. Experience in implant technology.
      • Experience in one or more major CAD/CAM software for dental applications.
    • Inside Sales Specialist(California USA based)

       Responsibilities:

      1.    Contact potential customers to qualify leads. Provide required information and schedule product demonstrations. Determine demonstration requirements based on a range of factors including applications, geography and staff availability. Communicate information concerning demonstration requirements and coordinate schedules with potential customers and outside sales staff as appropriate. Document records regarding potential customer in customer relationship management computer tool (CRM).

      2.    Develop and communicate recommendations for advancing the sales process. Communicate with outside sales staff to obtain required data and prepare sales quotations based on specifications provided. Apply appropriate pricing and discounts based on established pricing policy and obtain authorization for special pricing or other non-standard elements of quotations. Review quotations for accuracy and issue to potential customers.

      3.    Generate revenues by providing ongoing customer contact and by closing opportunities.

      4.    Assist with lead generation through cold calling and obtaining referrals in conjunction with marketing staff and other resources to ensure that assigned territories have sufficient leads and opportunities to generate demos and sales.

      5.    Receive and review purchase orders. Validate against quote and confirm details with customers. Prepare appropriate documentation, both printed and electronically inside of CRM; attach purchase order and electronic customer records and issue to accounting for review and credit authorization

      6.    Facilitate communications among the sales team. Make recommendations for improving the sales process, approach and systems.

      Qualifications, Education and Training

      1.   Proficient in developing and maintaining long-term customer relationships

      2.   Demonstrated proven effectiveness at working in fast-paced technical product environment REQUIRED

      3.   Demonstrated ability to attain and exceed quotas on a regular basis

      4.   Ability to establish excellent working rapport with outside sales reps, other team members and customers

      5.   Permanent resident permit needed when applicable

       

      6.   Functional English ability, other language skill would be a plus

       

    • Inside Sales Specialist(Germany based)
