    JOB CLASS

    • HR Specialist(German or California base)

       ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

      1.    Be responsible for recruitment: from job ad posting, CV screening, initial interview and follow up, to the employment offer and the onboarding process;

      2.     Develop effective recruitment channels to attract qualified candidates and reduce the hiring cycle duration;

      3.     Prepare HR reports;

      4.    Training support and organization for group training project;

      5.    Implement relevant policy and regulations etc.;

      6.    Coordinate with headquarter H.R. team in company events;

      7.    Support to manage the employee relations and employee engagement;

      8.    Deal with employee relations related work within company;

      9.    Managing employee profiles, employee benefits, employee performance review etc.;

      10.  Other work assigned by HR director;

      11.  Backup in other work if needed in HR team.

      REQUIREMENTS:

      1.     Bachelor degree, major in Human Resource Management or related subjects will be preferred;

      2.     2+ years HR related working experiences and able to work dependently;

      3.     Familiar with local labor lows and HR regulations;

      4.     Fluent in Germany and English, Chinese will be an advantage;

      5.     Good computer skills, communication skill ,and strong teamwork spirit.

    • Sales Account Manager(Germany based)

      SCOPE:

      Makes outbound calls with support of Inside Sales Specialist (ISS) to prospective clients and provide administrative support such as answering inbound telephone calls, offering information on all products and updating new account information


      ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

      1. Generate sales revenues by performing product demonstrations at selected customer sites.  Evaluate customer requirements for this purpose; including installation location, mounting requirements, customer’s laboratory requirements, CAD/CAM data, workflow plans, design  and rapid prototyping requirements.
      2. Develop a complete and expert knowledge of Shining 3D’s hardware and software products in order to demonstrate products to key individuals and organizations for marketing and sales purposes (trade shows, engineering associations, etc.).
      3. Identify additional sales opportunities outside of traditional channels.
      4. Communicates with customers, resellers, distributors, colleagues and managers in a prompt articulate manner via telephone communication.
      5. Ensures customer retention and satisfaction.
      6. Utilize all available resources including sales management, Inside Sales Specialists, Applications Engineers, marketing and others to advance and close sales.
      7. Work as part of the sales team to generate ideas for company sales opportunities, processes and systems.
      8. Act as point of contact and provide technical support to potential customers during the evaluation period.
      9. Effectively communicate recommendations for hardware and software changes to Applications Engineers and R&D as requested by customers.
      10. Achieve monthly/quarterly/annual sales performance goals as required.

      REQUIREMENTS:

      1.  2 or more years of experience in sales, Experience in 3D Printer or 3D Scanner is preferred.
      2. Experience in one or more major CAD/CAM software for dental applications.
      3. Ability to lift 25 Kg. on a regular basis.
      4. Valid driver's license within the established territory.
      5. Permanent resident permit needed as applicable.
      6. Fluent in English and German.  
    • Sales Account Manager(USA based)

      Responsibilities:

    • Inside Sales/Marketing Specialist(San Francisco based)

      SCOPE:

      Perform duties to provide inside sales support for assigned geographic region, generate and schedule product demonstrations, maintain customer contact and generate revenues, working within the limits of standard or accepted practices.

      ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

      1. Primary responsibilities include generating revenue, contacting potential customers, generating product demonstrations for our outside sales force, closing business, exceeding sales quota and working in a fast-paced high-tech environment.
      2. Sourcing new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails
      3. Understanding customer needs and requirements
      4. Routing qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales executives for further development and closure
      5. Contact potential customers to qualify leads. Provide required information and schedule product demonstrations. Determine demonstration requirements based on a range of factors including applications, geography and staff availability. Communicate information concerning demonstration requirements and coordinate schedules with potential customers and outside sales staff as appropriate. Document records regarding potential customer in customer relationship management computer tool (CRM).
      6. Develop and communicate recommendations for advancing the sales process. Communicate with outside sales staff to obtain required data and prepare sales quotations based on specifications provided. Apply appropriate pricing and discounts based on established pricing policy and obtain authorization for special pricing or other non-standard elements of quotations. Review quotations for accuracy and issue to potential customers.
      7. Generate revenues by providing ongoing customer contact and by closing opportunities.
      8. Assist with lead generation through cold calling and obtaining referrals in conjunction with marketing staff and other resources to ensure that assigned territories have sufficient leads and opportunities to generate demos and sales.
      9.  Receive and review purchase orders. Validate against quote and confirm details with customers. Prepare appropriate documentation, both printed and electronically inside of CRM; attach purchase order and electronic customer records and issue to accounting for review and credit authorization.
      10. Develop marketing strategies for projects, including company websites and social media.
      11. Work closely with the sales team on program development and implementation.
      12. Create and execute lead generation programs.
      13. Analyze data to determine campaign efficiency.
      14. Ensure creative marketing materials undergo regular review and adhere to brand guidelines.
      15. Develop and communicate marketing plans, campaign results and project recommendations to senior management team

       

      TOOLS AND EQUIPMENT USED:

      1. Common office equipment, computer, and related peripherals. Office software including Microsoft Office products, CRM, etc.

      REQUIREMENTS:

      1. Minimum of 3-5 years of experience desired. Experience in manufacturing or a high-tech environment is a plus. Excellent on Target Earnings (OTE) income potential.
      2. Proven inside sales experience.
      3. Record of accomplishment of over-achieving quota.
      4. Strong phone presence and experience dialing dozens of calls per day.
      5. Proficient with corporate productivity and web presentation tools.
      6. Experience working with Salesforce.com or similar CRM.
      7. Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
      8. Strong listening and presentation skills.
      9. Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
      10. BA/BS degree or equivalent.

    • Technical Support Specialist(Germany based)

      ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

      • l  Provide the technical product manual for the designed products.
      • l  Responding to customer inquiries received through e-mail, telephone or other communication method and related to Dental products. Make inquiries to determine the nature and extent of problem and to isolate areas of concern. Identify causes of problems and provide solutions to customers.
      • l  Structure solutions to suit user circumstances and level of competency and communicate through means suited to user requirements.
      •  
      • l  Determine the requirement for units to be returned for inside service, provide return authorizations and communicate shipping requirements and arrangements to customers as required. Prepare required internal documentation to facilitate the return of customer units for repair services.
      • l  Determine the requirement for Applications Engineering to visit with customers to resolve problems on site due to unique circumstances of customer applications. Make required arrangements and communications and track open inquiry to ensure satisfactory closure for the customer.
      • l  Document user interactions, inquiries and problems via multiple database programs. Identify trends in support requirements, notify engineering staff as to significant trends and recommend the inclusion of information in on-line help program, manuals or other resources to respond to issues repeatedly raised by customers. Prepare and issue specific instructions for customers related to commonly recurring problems.
      • l  Follow up on open service inquiries to ensure that customers receive solutions are satisfied with the solution.
      • l  Develop technical solutions & guides (including manuals, fast faxes, diagnostic flow charts and online solutions) related to hardware, software and setup errors for AE, sales reps, and customers. Creates workaround procedures when standard procedures have failed and ensures issues are resolved in a timely fashion.
      • l  Diagnose and troubleshoot customer issues using resources that include solution database, diagnostics flow charts, senior members and other departments. Provide in depth application support via assorted media including phones and online conferencing.
      • l  Evaluate customer’s software data requirements, pictures, plans & technical drawings when directed.
      • l  Perform any range of reporting and administrative activities involved in planning, managing and reporting on customer activities and ensuring the availability of resources required for operation of the function. Gather and compile data and prepare and issue any range of periodic reports relating to activities, performance, customer concerns, variances from policy. Prepare materials for presentations to AE, sales staff and customers.
      • l  Prepare information as articles for publication to customers or potential customers as to new features, applications or information related to products.
      • l  Facilitate support for internal customers (other departments) and direct them to appropriate solution avenue(s).
      • l  Other duties assigned from supervisor.

      REQUIREMENTS:

      • Perfectly fluent in English; additional languages at conversational level a plus
      • Two-year Associates or Technical degree is an appropriate discipline preferred. On the job the job experience may substitute for the degree.
      • Two to Four years “hands-on” experience in calibration and certification in and a manufacturing environment REQUIRED.
      • Computer skills REQUIRED.
